Caribbean Spicy Chutney

 1 cup carrots, peeled and sliced
 1 onion (finely diced)
 1 lb cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
 3 cups peeled and diced mangoes
 ½ cup raisins
 2 tbsp MIS Horseradish Powder
 1 cup Brown Sugar
 2 tsp Salt
 1 tbsp MIS Ground Ginger
 1 tbsp MIS Curry Powder
 1 tsp MIS Yellow Mustard Seeds
 1 tsp MIS Ground Nutmeg
 1 tsp MIS Ground All Spice
 2 tbsp simple syrup
 2 cups vinegar

Put all sliced carrots, onions, vinegar and apples into a saucepan and boil for 1/2 hour.

Add all other remaining ingredients and boil for 1/2 hour stirring periodically.
