MIS – Dessert

Compote
 ½ cup Strawberries (Chopped)
 ½ cup Raspberries (Chopped)
 ½ cup Mango (Chopped)
 ½ stick Butter
Granola
 ½ cup Chopped Peanuts
 ½ cup Oats
 1 tsp Ground Ginger
 1 tsp Nutmeg
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 ¼ cup Honey
 Salt to taste

Melt Butter in Saucepan

Add Chopped Fruit, Cook until soft and melted together

Remove from heat, allow to cool

Mix all dry ingredients for granola together. Add Honey. Add salt to taste

Place granola in pan and bake for 15 mins at 300F

Serve alternate layers of fruit compote and granola in dish
