MIS Pizza (GLUTEN FREE)

 ¾ cup Tapioca flour
 ½ cup Cassava flour
 6 tbsp Chickpea flour
 1 tsp Dried thyme
 ½ tsp Onion powder
 ½ tsp Garlic powder
 ¾ tsp Salt
 1 Egg
 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  cup Olive oil
  cup Water

Mix all dry ingredients in bowl

Add egg, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and water, then mix until dough is is smooth

Place dough onto greased pan, drizzle dough with oil

Press dough across pan, flat and evenly

Pre-cook dough in oven for 10 mins at 350° f

Add toppings and bake at 350° f until crust is golden brown

Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve
