Spicy Chicken Wings

 1 ½ tbsp MIS Chicken Seasoning
 2 tsp MIS Coriander
 ½ tbsp MIS Ground Ginger
 1 tsp MIS Granulated Garlic
 4 tsp honey
 1 tsp vinegar
 1 tsp sherry
 1 tsp brown sugar
 12 chicken wings
Dip
 2 tbsp MIS Ground Onion
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp brown sugar
 1 tsp lime juice
 6 tbsp MIS Coconut Milk
 ¼ tsp MIS Cumin "Jeera" Powder
 2 tsp Peanut Butter

Marinade: Blend MIS chicken seasoning, coriander, ground ginger, granulated garlic, honey vinegar, sherry and sugar in a bowl.

Place chicken wings in a shallow dish and rub them into marinade, cover and leave to marinate for 2 to 3 hours.

Remove wings from the marinade and place in baking dish or on baking rack

Bake in preheated oven (375F/190C) for 20 minutes or until golden brown and well cooked. Base wings with re-maining marinade halfway into baking.

Sautee onions until golden brown.

Stir in sugar, salt, lime juice and peanut butter.

Slowly add coconut milk and let simmer over gentle heat until smooth and thick.

Remove from heat. Serve dip warm
Serve wings with dip to family and friends!
